At Oranect.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, and procedures for claims regarding manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Period
We provide different warranty terms based on the product category and order type:
- Retail Products: Standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Bulk Trade & Industrial Goods: Warranty terms are specified in the individual Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA). Unless otherwise stated, a 6-month limited warranty applies.
- Customized Components: Warranty covers deviation from approved technical specifications and structural integrity for 6 months.
2. What is Covered
This warranty exclusively covers:
- Defects in the raw materials used in production.
- Failure of functionality under normal, intended use.
- Workmanship issues that deviate from the agreed-upon quality standards.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear over time.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
- Damage occurring during transit (please refer to our Shipping Policy for carrier claims).
- Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
4. How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@alaikis.com with your order number.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with high-resolution photos or videos.
- For bulk trade, an inspection report from a qualified third party may be required for high-value claims.
5. Our Commitment
If a valid claim is approved, Oranect.com will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product at no charge.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
- Provide a partial or full refund/credit for the defective portion of a bulk order.
