1. General Shipping Methods
We offer three primary shipping modes based on volume, weight, and urgency:

2. Bulk Trade Terms (Incoterms)
For large-scale B2B transactions, Oranect.com operates under standard International Commercial Terms:
EXW – Ex Works
- Seller’s Responsibility: We make the goods available at our factory or warehouse.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer handles all transportation, export clearance, insurance, and import duties.
- Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the buyer as soon as the goods are picked up from our premises.
FOB – Free On Board
- Seller’s Responsibility: We handle inland transportation to the departure port and manage export customs clearance.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, insurance, and all costs upon arrival at the destination port.
- Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of shipment.
