1. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer three primary shipping modes depending on your requirements:

2. Bulk Trade Incoterms (B2B)
For wholesale and bulk trade orders, Oranect.com primarily operates under the following international standards:
• EXW (Ex Works)
The buyer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and export/import formalities from our warehouse. Risk transfers to the buyer upon pickup.
• FOB (Free On Board)
Oranect handles inland transport to the departure port and export customs. The buyer is responsible for sea/air freight and all costs thereafter once goods are loaded on the vessel.

4. Order Tracking & Inspection
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) via email once the shipment is dispatched.
- Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging upon arrival. If damage is found, document it with photos and notify the carrier immediately before signing.
- Support: Contact our logistics team at support@oranect.com within 48 hours for any shipping-related discrepancies.
* Shipping costs are subject to market fluctuations. Final quotes will be provided in your Proforma Invoice (PI) or at checkout.
