1. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of Oranect.com, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• Restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
• Notifying us immediately at security@oranect.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Oranect reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content in our sole discretion.

2. Payment & Financial Terms

For both retail and bulk trade, the following payment conditions apply:

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified). Oranect is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations or bank fees.
• Verification: We reserve the right to verify credit card or bank transfer details prior to shipment.
• Late Payments: For B2B trade, late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

3. Product Descriptions & Customization

We strive to be as accurate as possible. However, Oranect does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

You are expressly prohibited from using the site to:

• Engage in any form of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering methods.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.
• Upload viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality of the Service.
• Infringe upon Oranect’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.

5. Force Majeure

Oranect shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products delivered to you through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use. In no case shall Oranect, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Oranect.com or to products you purchase through Oranect shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in our primary jurisdiction, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Oranect’s intellectual property rights, Oranect may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
